Inside the cylinder head there are intake and exhaust tracts, and the shape and size of these tracts are carefully designed to make the intake and exhaust smoother and to improve the engine's air exchange efficiency. Optimizing the shape of the intake tract increases air intake, which provides engine power output and can reduce fuel consumption and exhaust emissions.
Good sealing: A good sealing between the engine cylinder head and the cylinder block needs to be ensured to prevent gas leakage at high temperature and high pressure. High temperature resistance: Since the cylinder head is in direct contact with high temperature gas and has to withstand the heat generated by injectors and other components, our engine cylinder head has good high temperature resistance.
