Complex structure and high functional integration: The cylinder head of diesel engine is one of the key parts of the engine, which has several important components installed on it, such as valves, valve seats and injectors. Inside the cylinder head there are intake and exhaust tracts, and the shape and size of these tracts are carefully designed to make the intake and exhaust smoother and to improve the engine's air exchange efficiency. The high-performance diesel engine cylinder head provided by EPID adopts an optimized airway design. Optimizing the shape of the intake tract increases air intake, which provides engine power output and can reduce fuel consumption and exhaust emissions.
Good sealing: A good sealing between the engine cylinder head and the cylinder block needs to be ensured to prevent gas leakage at high temperature and high pressure. We will use high quality sealing gaskets and through strict sealing to ensure the normal operation of the engine without gas leakage.
High temperature resistance: Since the cylinder head is in direct contact with high temperature gas and has to withstand the heat generated by injectors and other components, our engine cylinder head has good high temperature resistance. Our engine cylinder head is usually made of cast iron or aluminum alloy. Although the aluminum alloy cylinder head is lighter in weight, in terms of high temperature strength, it can meet the working requirements of diesel engine through special heat treatment process and alloy composition optimization.
